Rebuild Black Mountain is focused on medium and long-term recovery efforts following the devastation of Hurricane Helene. Our mission is to restore the heart of Black Mountain, Montreat, and the surrounding areas by supporting outdoor-industry businesses, revitalizing tourism, and rebuilding community spaces.

While we concentrate on future resilience, we are also coordinating and collaborating with key partners to address immediate needs and ensure effective recovery in the short, medium, and long term. It is essential to us that we complement and support the efforts of our partners, ensuring that we avoid duplication and focus on a streamlined approach to maximize impact.
